Research Focus

Menzies Lab is led by a dedicated team of researchers with expertise in DNA repair, antibody design, antimicrobial resistance and membrane dynamics. Our primary focus is on utilizing structural modelling and protein dynamics simulations to investigate the impact of coding changes and structural features on disease development. We are particularly interested in understanding the relationship between DNA repair rates, age at onset or dementia risk, and the progression of mutations in cancer. Join us in our pursuit of knowledge and innovation in the field of DNA repair. See the about page for project details.
